I've decided to take on the 31 Day Challenge. Although, since it's a little bit of a stretch to accept this challenge on a daily basis, the next 31 tutorials (not including this one) shall be dedicated to this challenge.
I've seen a lot of half moon designs, but I wanted to incorporate the half moon concept with something that I was able to relate to. This school girl outfit is from the Japanese anime called Toradora. I watched it back in high school and it was one of those animes that was short and pretty entertaining. Anyways, coming back from memory lane, what do you think? (:
